CGC has started with a goal of improving power generation, by deploying effective method of Coal beneficiation, thereby lot of coal mill breakdowns, have come down. This achievement in all the TPS in India have given a sustained growth to CGC. Consequently the mechanical works like overhauling of pumps, condensers, valves and all other TG auxiliaries, have also been carried out by CGC. CGC’s quality work and keeping up the time schedule have earned many customers in all over India.
Mr. P. Selvaraj is the Managing Director of M/s. Chandy Group Of Companies(CGC), since its inception (1979). He is having more than 30 years of Thermal Plant work experience. He had started his carrier at Tuticorin Thermal Power Plant, Tamil Nadu in the coal beneficiation Unit. Gradually many thermal power stations in India have endorsed their trust on CGC in the coal beneficiation process. He also carried out many major Mechanical maintenance works in the Thermal Plants at Tamil Nadu.
As a MD of CGC, his instrumental in developing and incorporating modern technology as well as Management procedures. More than a MD of CGC, He is better human being. He has improved the life style of gross root employees, built hospital, schools, Polytechnic, engineering colleges for developing rural & Economically weaker society.
Because of this spirit of our MD, the CGC staffs have raised from dependent to dependable and the company has grown in mulit dimensional.
